Mitchel was appointed to the Board of Baçaim Sports Group after he acquired stakes in the company in April 2026. He currently serves as the Club’s Technical Director for Youth Development & Competitions. In his current role, Mitchel looks into the planning and designing of training modules for the youth teams and grassroots. He also looks into Club’s participation in various Competitions for all age groups.
Mitchel graduated from Sophia College in 2021. Since 2021, he has been involved in the coaching and development of U17 Girls and the Senior Women’s team for SC Baçaim, Odisha FC Women and the Mumbai District Junior Girls.
