Our Vision

To build Sporting Club Baçaim into one of India’s most respected and progressive football institutions by developing a strong footballing identity rooted in possession-based, attacking football, while creating a pathway from grassroots to the highest levels of women’s football in Asia.

We aspire to establish ourselves as a consistent competitor in the Indian Women’s League system, earn promotion to the Indian Women’s League, and ultimately represent India at the AFC Women’s Champions League.

Beyond results, our vision is to create an environment where players are developed not only as footballers, but as confident, intelligent, creative, and disciplined individuals who enjoy the game and inspire everyone around them through the way they play.

We aim to contribute meaningfully to the growth of women’s football in India by setting high standards in coaching, player development, professionalism, and sporting culture.

Our Philosophy

At SC Baçaim, we take inspiration from the football ideas of Legendary Coaches like Arrigo Sacchi, Johan Cruyff and Pep Guardiola. As a result, our style of play (the result of the way we coach every individual and the team as a group, as well as the freedom we allow for creativity to develop) is very much attacking game with emphasis on possession-based football.

We believe that players enjoy football a lot when they have a lot of touches on the ball and while in possession of the ball. We want our players to be entertained as individuals. We want teammates to be entertained by each other.

We want parents and coaches to be entertained by the players! It’s not a coincidence that whether we win or lose, we regularly receive comments from opposing coaches and parents in appreciation of the way our teams play.
